PMI

  • The project

At Publicis Sapient, I teamed up with UX and UI designers to develop various journeys for PMI’s e-commerce site. These included the homepage, taste and My IQOS.

  • How we worked

We worked in two-weekly sprints. The first week was to work on the UX journeys and copy and the second was to document it. We had daily standups so we knew what we were all up to. We also had meetings to work out the UX journeys. We used Miro to work on the copy and UX together and Confluence to document the work.

  • Considerations

PMI is an international client so the copy had to be translated into different languages including German. I therefore had to keep it as short as possible because it would be much longer in German. As the website was to be built abroad, we had to carefully document it.

  • The results

We positioned IQOS as an attractive alternative to cigarettes. We also made it easier for customers to find out more about IQOS products and services and to buy their products online.
