About me
My story started in the wonderful world of advertising. But for the past eight years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people achieve their goals online. Whether it’s microcopy, error messaging or even legal disclaimers, I love bringing creativity and clarity to every touchpoint.
Recent UX experience
• WTW – working with a team of UX designers, feature owners, content managers and developers to produce a pensions app.
• JP Morgan – collaborating with product owners and UX designers from the borrowing and insights team to develop user journeys.
• Experian – creating user journeys for a new product launch together with a team of UX designers and the product owners.
• Critical Mass – reinvigorating Prudential's self-serve CX platform MyPru with a team of UX and UI designers.
• Publicis Sapient – working on a number of UX projects including: PMI – IQOS ecommerce site, NatWest mortgages, Nissan and Travelers.
